Shipping Policy
How much is shipping?
It depends on your location, what you order, and the shipping method you choose. We offer ground shipping, second day and freight shipping.
If you're confused by a high price for a light item, consider the physical size of the item. Freight carriers utilize the greater of the actual weight or dimensional weight to calculate shipping charges. Dimensional weight is calculated as (length × width × height) / (dimensional factor).
Note: Shipping carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer.
What shipping methods do you offer?
The shipping methods we offer are Ground, 2nd day and freight.
Can I pick up my order?
Absolutely. Choose Local Pick Up at check out. You can pick up an order once we notify you that it's ready at 2500 West Henrietta Rd Rochester, NY 14623. We are available 8a-4p weekdays. Saturday pickups can be arranged, but must be planned for ahead of time or your order will not be available.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, two day shipping is available. Please note that shipment dates are based on when the product arrives from the manufacturer (if not an in-stock item), not from when your order is placed.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
In stock orders ship within 24 hours. If you place your order on a weekday after 4pm, Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, it will be processed the next business day.
Special orders and temporarily out of stock parts may take longer. If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders directly from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will shipped to you as soon as we receive them.
Q. How long does shipping take?
Depending upon your location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 days. Expedited shipping can take as little as two days. ALL ARRIVAL DATES ARE ESTIMATED, IT IS NOT A GUARANTEE.
Note: We cannot guarantee transit times for ground or expedited shipping.
Will you provide tracking information?
Absolutely. We will email you your tracking information as soon as we ship out your order. You can also choose to activate SMS notifications during checkout.
If I pay by credit card, will you charge my card once the item has shipped?
We will charge your card as soon as you finalize your order.
If I ordered a part that’s out of stock, when will it ship?
As soon as possible. We will order the item when you place your order and as soon as it arrives, we'll send it on to you. Once the special order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible.
Can you ship my order to multiple addresses?
Absolutely. We can accommodate shipping to multiple addresses. Just contact us and we’ll get it set up for you.
Do you ship to AK and HI??
Yes, we do ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Additional shipping charges and delays may apply.
Do you ship to APOs/FPOs?
Yes, we do ship to APOs and FPOs. Additional shipping charges and delays may apply.
Do you ship to US Territories?
Yes, we do ship to Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands currently. Additional shipping charges and delays may apply.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, as of 4/2025 we ship to PO boxes within our shipping areas.
Do you offer COD orders?
No, we do not ship COD orders.
Do you ship hazardous items?
We can ship some hazardous items via UPS.
Do you ship oversized parts?
We do. While most large shipments will fit on UPS and FedEx trucks, some may require freight shipping. With rare exception, the shipping you pay will cover any fees. If any issue, we will reach out to you.
What happens if you ship the wrong part?

What if I never receive an order?
Check your tracking number to see if it’s been delivered. If so and you don’t have it, your package was likely protected from loss, damage, and theft through Extend. If you need to file a claim, please visit the Extend Customer Claims Portal or call the toll-free number at (877) 248-7707 between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday. What if my address changes before my order ships? Can I change where you send my shipment?
No problem. Please call or email us and our customer service department will help make the necessary changes you need. (Additional shipping rates may apply upon the change of delivery location).
Please note: In the unlikely event an additional charge is necessary, one our staff members will contact you, via email or phone, with an exact amount of the additional charge for your approval. This will be done prior to shipping. We will always keep charges for shipping and handling to a minimum.
