As someone who owns one of these for my German Shepherd, this item is great and gives my dog added security while travelling. It prevents slips when he's repositioning himself and it keeps him falling into the footwells during sudden braking or turns. He falls asleep because he knows he's not going to get tossed around during the ride.
This seat cover still gives you access to the seat belts, LATCH system and the armrest. It's specifically designed for split seats, but can work for standard seats. This Premium Rear Seat Cover is very easy to install as it just hooks over the head rests.
